Aglaonema 'Red Dragon' floods each leaf with rich red to deep pink while anchoring the colour in green margins and darker veins, so the whole plant reads like a living ember rather than a standard foliage clump. The leaves stay broad and slightly glossy, and the plant remains compact to medium at roughly 30–50 cm indoors, making it useful wherever strong colour is wanted without a large footprint.
Its tropical understory lineage gives it good indoor adaptability: medium to bright indirect light keeps the red strongest, but it still tolerates more moderate conditions than many colourful foliage plants. Allow the upper layer of substrate to dry before watering again, keep the mix airy and well drained, and avoid cold air or repeated wetness around the roots. The plant is especially effective in pale or neutral rooms where one warm-toned, upright foliage specimen can carry a whole shelf or stand.
