Alocasia reginula Pink Variegated keeps the compact, velvety jewel-alocasia look of reginula but overlays the dark leaf surface with blush-pink and cream marbling that varies from one leaf to the next. The plant stays manageable, usually around 40–60 cm tall, with short sturdy stems and a dense clumping habit that suits collector spaces and design-led interiors.
Bright, indirect light, consistent warmth, and high humidity help it hold both texture and colour, while direct sun and stagnant wet soil quickly cause stress. Use a loose, breathable mix with bark, perlite, and coir, and water once the upper layer begins to dry while keeping the root zone airy.
Like other alocasias, it contains calcium oxalate and should be kept out of reach of pets and children.
