Colour change is central to Anthurium 'Michelle'®: new leaves open burgundy to violet, shift through bronze, and settle into dark green with strong pale veins, so one plant can show several stages at once. The foliage sits on sturdy petioles and the overall habit is upright to semi-self-heading rather than weak or floppy. Purple-toned undersides and violet petioles keep colour in the plant even before a leaf fully hardens.
Grow it in bright indirect light with stable temperatures around 18–25°C, high humidity, and a chunky substrate of bark, perlite, and coco chips or similar material that keeps air around the roots. Water after the upper layer dries a little, not on a fixed schedule. Consistency matters if you want clean emergent leaves and steady growth.
