Codiaeum variegatum 'Mrs. Iceton' offers a softer, more blended kind of croton colour, with broader leaves that shift through lime, yellow, blush pink, coral, and burgundy as they mature. That layered transition gives the plant a more painterly look than sharply veined cultivars, and the gently arching habit adds movement without losing structure. It is still unmistakably a croton, but one with a lighter, more nuanced palette than the usual high-contrast forms.
Give 'Mrs. Iceton' bright indirect light, warm stable temperatures, and humidity high enough to keep the foliage from crisping at the edges. Like other crotons, it dislikes sudden changes and cold drafts more than it dislikes regular pruning. Under steady care, it becomes a strong indoor statement with colour that feels rich and varied rather than loud for its own sake.
