Dieffenbachia seguine 'Cheetah' stands out for fresh green leaves splashed and spotted with yellow rather than carrying the usual central block of pale variegation. Its upright, bushy habit stays relatively compact at about 40–70 cm indoors, which makes the patterned foliage the main event.
Bright indirect light is preferred, though medium light is tolerated, and watering works best once the top 2–3 cm of substrate have dried. Temperatures around 18–28 °C, moderate humidity in the 50–70% range, and a well-aerated mix with organic content keep it moving steadily. Yellowing leaves usually point to excess water, while burn marks suggest too much direct sun.
Like other Dieffenbachia, it contains calcium oxalate, so placement should account for pets, children, and irritating sap.
