Dischidia nummularia 'Pangolin Kisses' is a compact trailing epiphyte whose thick rounded leaves overlap so tightly that the stems resemble chains of tiny scales. It usually trails about 30–50 cm and works especially well in hanging baskets or mounted displays where the texture can be seen clearly.
Bright indirect light keeps growth dense, while a loose bark- or moss-based mix, moderate drying between waterings, and warm conditions around 18–26 °C help prevent rot. This cultivar prefers higher humidity in the 60–80% range and benefits from good airflow, reflecting its epiphytic origin. The source describes it as non-toxic, easy to propagate from stem cuttings, and better kept slightly dry than overly wet, with wrinkling leaves acting as a clear sign that it needs water.
