Dracaena fragrans 'White Stripe' is a variegated corn-plant cultivar with glossy green leaves marked by bold white striping, giving it a brighter and more graphic look than plain green forms without the denser pattern of 'Warneckii'. It usually grows as a multi-stemmed indoor shrub, with older leaves arching and then shedding to reveal ringed canes beneath the foliage crowns.
Bright indirect light keeps the white markings clearer, though the plant still adapts to moderate light if growth is expected to slow. Keep the substrate lightly moist but not wet, letting the upper layer dry before rewatering, and use a rich but well-draining mix to avoid rot.
Warm temperatures around 18–27 °C and average humidity are generally enough. It is toxic to pets if ingested.
