Dracaena reflexa var. angustifolia 'Sunray' is a bright marginata-type cultivar with deep green leaves, strong yellow margins, and a lime stripe through the centre, all carried in tufts on twisting canes. Indoors it can eventually reach around 150–200 cm, yet the narrow leaves and slim stems keep the footprint relatively light.
Bright indirect light is best for clear colour, while moderate shade is tolerated with softer variegation and slower growth. Allow the top 15–20% of the substrate to dry between waterings, use a breathable mix with coir and perlite, and keep temperatures around 18–26 °C away from cold drafts.
Brown tips usually point to fluoride or inconsistent watering, and propagation from stem cuttings is straightforward. It should be treated as toxic to pets.
