Dracaena trifasciata 'Superba' is a shorter, stockier snake-plant cultivar with deep green marbling and bright yellow margins on thick upright leaves. It keeps much of the look of 'Laurentii' but in a more compact, broader-based form that suits smaller rooms, lower planters, and tight corners. Indoors it usually reaches around 60 cm tall and about 30 cm wide, growing slowly from rhizomes and staying present without becoming oversized.
Bright indirect light keeps the variegation strongest, though partial shade is tolerated, and watering should only happen once the substrate has dried completely. A fast-draining cactus mix, dry indoor air, and temperatures around 18–30 °C suit it well.
Offset division is the easiest way to keep the look true, and like other Dracaena it is toxic to pets if chewed.
