Epipremnum aureum 'Pearls and Jade' is the tighter, more detailed relative of broader marbled pothos forms, with small leaves edged and mottled in white, green, and soft grey. It stays visually neater for longer because the leaf size remains modest and the internodes stay shorter, which makes it much easier to style on shelves, slim supports, and smaller planters without the plant becoming coarse or oversized. The white-heavy patterning gives it a brighter, cleaner look than greener cultivars, but also makes it a little less tolerant of neglect.
Bright indirect light, a very airy mix, cautious watering after partial drying, and good drainage are what keep the variegation crisp and the root system healthy instead of leaving the plant yellow, soft, or washed out.
