Hoya callistophylla IML 3576 'Black Cat' is a collector clone known for broad leathery leaves with especially dark recessed venation and strong contrast across the blade. The plant climbs or trails on semi-woody vines and, with time, can also produce umbels of pale yellow to greenish flowers with a gentle sweet fragrance.
Bright indirect light helps the venation stay pronounced, while watering should wait until the upper 2–3 cm of substrate have dried. A loose mix of bark, perlite, coir, and a little humus keeps the roots airy, and warmth around 18–28 °C with moderate to higher humidity supports stronger growth. It benefits from being slightly root-bound when mature and should not have old peduncles cut away, because flowers return from those spurs.
This is a strong choice for growers building a Hoya collection around bold veining and foliage drama.
