Hoya kerrii 'Splash' keeps the iconic thick heart leaves of the species but scatters them with silver flecking and cloudy pale marbling, so each leaf looks more painted and dimensional than the plain green form. It is still a slow, deliberate plant that spends time building roots and sturdy stems before turning into a real vine, which is why it suits growers who enjoy long-term structure more than quick coverage. Once established, it works beautifully on a compact hoop or trellis, where the heavy leaves can be appreciated individually instead of getting lost in a tangle.
Bright filtered light, a very airy mix, and real dry cycles between waterings keep the foliage firm and the silver pattern clean, making 'Splash' one of the most visually satisfying heart-leaf Hoyas to grow indoors.
