Hoya 'Krinkle 8' is a foliage-first carnosa cultivar with thick green leaves marked by deep dimples that give the whole vine a puckered, sculptural surface. It still has the blooming potential of carnosa once mature, but even without flowers the plant stands out among smoother-leaved Hoyas because the texture is obvious from a distance and even better up close. This makes it especially good for hanging baskets, shelf edges, and hoop-trained displays where the leaf relief can be appreciated.
