Hoya polyneura 'Splash' keeps the familiar fishtail leaf shape of polyneura but overlays it with irregular silver mottling, adding a second pattern to an already distinctive plant. It grows as a slim vining epiphyte that can trail from baskets or be guided onto a hoop, and mature plants may produce small pale blooms with pink or red centres if kept stable and bright.
Provide strong indirect light, a loose bark-rich mix, and water once the substrate has dried slightly rather than leaving the pot heavy and wet.
