Hoya sp. Vietnam (Clone 1) is a compact, undescribed Vietnamese clone with small rounded leaves, pointed tips, fine dark venation, and a subtle metallic sheen that becomes more noticeable in good light. Some leaves may show a little white splash, but the main draw is the neat foliage and tidy internodes, which help it stay refined and manageable on a small hoop, short support, or hanging position.
Bright indirect light, temperatures around 18–26 °C, humidity above 60% if possible, and a very airy epiphytic mix keep it healthiest, while watering should wait until the upper few centimetres have dried. Growth is slow and controlled rather than vigorous.
Hoya sp. Vietnam (Clone 1) is especially good for growers with limited space who still want a wild-origin Hoya that feels uncommon and nuanced.
