Monstera 'Esqueleto' is a climbing aroid known for large leaves with deep perforations and elongated openings that leave mature blades looking almost skeletal. It needs height and support to show that character properly, because unsupported growth usually stays smaller and less divided for longer.
Bright indirect light, warmth around 18–26 °C, and humidity in the 65–85% range suit it best, along with a chunky substrate that drains fast but still holds some moisture between waterings. Let roughly the top 15–20% dry before watering again, and avoid compact mixes that keep roots airless. Because it comes from cloud-forest conditions and carries a large leaf area once established, steadier humidity and a climbing pole make a visible difference in leaf size, fenestration, and overall vigour.
