Pachyphytum oviferum 'Pink Moonstones', also traded as 'Pink Panther', forms a low symmetrical rosette of thick egg-shaped leaves with a powdery bloom and colour that can shift between silver-lilac, blush pink, peach, and pale lavender. The leaves are fragile and may detach during shipping or frequent handling, but that is typical for Pachyphytum rather than a sign of poor health. Because the waxy coating marks easily, it is better placed where it can be admired without being touched often.
Bright light with several hours of sun, cooler nights if available, and a sharply draining cactus mix help keep the plant compact and encourage stronger pastel tones. Water only after the substrate has dried completely. Mature rosettes stay small, usually around 8–15 cm.
