Philodendron hederaceum var. oxycardium 'Cream Splash' keeps the same flexible heartleaf habit as the green species but replaces the bolder flag-like pattern of 'Brasil' with softer cream and butter-yellow marbling. That makes the plant feel lighter and more pastel without becoming weak or slow. It can trail, climb, or be pinched back into a fuller basket, and vines can reach roughly 1.2 m indoors if left to extend.
Bright, indirect light keeps the variegation cleaner, though it will tolerate moderate light with slower growth, and watering after the top 2–3 cm of substrate has dried prevents the root problems caused by constant moisture. It prefers 18–26 °C, humidity above 50%, and a loose mix with bark and perlite.
Like other heartleaf philodendrons, it is toxic if chewed and should be kept out of reach.
