Philodendron 'Thai Sunrise' is a scandent hybrid developed in Thailand and grown for a clean, high-contrast pattern: lime to yellow-green running through the centre of each leaf with darker green margins around it. Because the colouring is linear and consistent rather than random, the plant looks deliberately graphic even before it gets large. It climbs quickly with support and can reach around 1–1.5 m indoors while keeping a relatively slim footprint.
Bright, indirect light keeps the central colour clearer, while watering after the top 2–3 cm of substrate has dried prevents yellowing from waterlogged roots. It prefers temperatures around 20–28 °C, humidity of 60–80%, and a chunky mix with bark, coir, and perlite. Like other philodendrons, it contains calcium oxalate and should not be chewed.
