Alocasia reginula 'Ninja' variegata combines the compact, dark, velvety look of 'Ninja' with irregular creamy to silvery variegation, so each leaf reads as a small focal point rather than background foliage. It usually stays around 30 – 45 cm tall, forming a symmetrical clump from a central tuber and growing much more slowly than larger upright Alocasia types.
Bright indirect light, high humidity, airy aroid substrate, and careful watering after the top portion of the mix dries help protect both the roots and the pale variegated tissue.
The plant dislikes cold drafts, stagnant wet soil, and sudden environmental swings, and like other Alocasia it contains calcium oxalate and should be kept away from pets and children. Stable warmth and moisture matter more than force-feeding.
