Goeppertia majestica 'Whitestar' is grown for elongated leaves painted in pale green, white, and fine darker striping, with burgundy undersides that become more noticeable as the blades lift at night and settle again by day. A soft rosy cast can appear in good light, adding another layer without turning the plant into a high-contrast variegate, so the effect stays refined rather than loud.
Keep it in bright indirect light, evenly warm conditions around 18–27 °C, and a moisture-retentive but airy tropical mix that can dry only slightly at the top between waterings. Moderate to high humidity helps preserve the leaf edges and keep the foliage looking cleaner. Non-toxic and upright in habit, it suits rooms where a pet-safe foliage plant with movement is more useful than a darker relative.
