Hoya sp. Aceh is an unpublished Sumatran highland clone with firm oval-to-lanceolate leaves, prominent textured veins, and subtle lighter green splashing that gives the foliage a rugged, wild-collected feel. It grows as a vigorous trailing or climbing vine rather than a tiny compact species, so it suits trellises, hoops, or hanging displays where its leaf texture can be appreciated.
Bright indirect light, a bark-perlite-coir mix, temperatures around 18–26 °C, and moderate to high humidity help it maintain strong growth. The top of the mix should dry before watering again, since dense or wet conditions quickly lead to root problems.
Hoya sp. Aceh is especially attractive to collectors who prefer bold veining and a more habitat-rooted clone with an obvious sense of place rather than polished nursery-style foliage.
