Philodendron sp. Colombia is an undescribed terrestrial crawler with thick quilted leaves and a short-internode rhizomatous habit that gives it a low, armoured look. It stays close to the substrate and builds presence through texture rather than height, making it ideal for wide shallow planters where the foliage can spread without competition.
Philodendron sp. Colombia prefers bright to medium indirect light, warm temperatures, humidity around collector-aroid levels, and a breathable mix that stays lightly moist but never heavy.
It is tougher-looking than many crawlers and gives a more structural, less delicate impression than similar hybrids often sold in wider trade. Use it when you want a rare ground-level aroid with weight, strong venation, and a deliberately horizontal growth style.
