Alocasia longiloba ‘Purple Prince’ refines the species with silver-veined leaves, vivid purple undersides, and soft pink petioles that add a more dressed, deliberate look than a standard longiloba. The blades stay elongated and arrow-like, so the overall habit remains graphic and upright while the extra stem colour warms the whole plant. Most indoor specimens sit in the 60–90 cm range, making it large enough to matter without becoming a giant floor monster.
Bright filtered light keeps the silver veining and petiole tones clear, while humidity above average helps the edges hold cleanly. Use a loose aroid mix, water after the upper layer begins to dry, and keep temperatures warm and stable if you want the foliage to maintain both colour contrast and good leaf size.
