Aglaonema 'Ghost' softens interiors with smoky silver-grey foliage and pale cream to minty midribs, creating a desaturated, almost misted look that feels calmer than most more contrast-heavy Chinese evergreens. The clump remains compact to medium in size, often around 50–70 cm tall and wide, so it fits well on shelves, side tables, and in monochrome or cooler-toned interiors.
It descends from tropical understory species, which explains why it accepts low to medium indirect light and does not need full sun to look good, though stronger filtered light keeps the silvery tone cleaner. Water when the top portion of the mix dries, keep the substrate loose and well drained, and protect it from cold drafts or abrupt drops in temperature. Standard indoor humidity is usually workable, but a little extra moisture in the air helps the leaf edges stay cleaner and the growth remain more polished.
