Alocasia baginda ‘Dragon Scale’ Mint Variegata keeps the armoured, bullate texture of Dragon Scale but softens the overall look with mint-green to yellow-green marbling that spreads across each thick leaf in a different way. Because the plant stays compact, the foliage remains the main event, and every blade shows both raised texture and subtle colour variation at the same time. It is usually slower than fully green baginda forms, especially when leaves carry larger pale areas, so strong root health matters more than trying to force speed.
Bright indirect light keeps the mint pattern readable, while a warm, airy environment helps new leaves harden properly. Water thoroughly but only after the top layer dries a little, and use a chunky mix that keeps oxygen moving around the roots.
