Amydrium medium 'Silver', also sold as 'Blue', is a climbing aroid with cool-toned foliage that begins heart-shaped and later develops perforations as the plant matures on support. The silvered or bluish overlay softens the leaves compared with plain green Amydrium, making the juvenile stage attractive in its own right before fenestration becomes the main event.
Bright indirect light helps keep the colour and compact growth, while watering after the top 2 – 3 cm dry protects the roots from saturation without letting the plant stall. It prefers higher humidity, a loose climbing mix with bark and mineral drainage, warmth around 18 – 27 °C, and a pole or trellis to show its mature form properly.
