Gloss and narrow dissection give Anthurium flavolineatum a more refined profile than broader-lobed species. The leaves are elongated, deeply cut, and distinctly reflective, with fine yellowish vein lines that add detail without making the surface look heavy.
It can reach roughly 60–90 cm indoors and may be grown in a pot or more epiphytically with good airflow. Bright indirect light, warmth around 18–24°C, and humidity in the 60–80% range help the plant keep clean margins and steady growth. Use a well-draining mix with bark, perlite, and organic material so roots stay moist but never compacted. Water when the surface begins to dry rather than waiting for the mix to go fully light.
Calcium oxalate is present, so it should be kept away from pets or children that chew foliage.
