Chrysoperla carnea – Lacewing Larvae for Mixed Soft-Bodied Pest Pressure

This product makes the most sense when the infestation is broader than just one tidy label. Lacewing larvae actively search foliage and stems for prey, so they work well in mixed situations involving aphids, thrips larvae, whitefly stages, and young mealybug or scale stages.

Why this format is practical

• Active hunters: the larvae move through the plant instead of waiting in one place.
• Useful across mixed infestations: especially where several soft-bodied pests overlap.
• Simple distribution: the pouch contents are placed into the three included application boxes and positioned near the problem area.

How to use it

• Apply promptly after arrival.
• Place the application boxes close to the infestation, not in strong heat or direct sun.
• Use more than one box on larger or denser plants.
• Repeat if pest pressure remains high.

Conditions and limits

• Best temperature: roughly 20–30 °C, workable from about 15 °C.
• Not a root-pest treatment: not the right option for fungus gnats or soil pests.
• Check spray residues first: neem, soap sprays, and broad insecticides can interfere with survival.
