Dieffenbachia seguine 'Green Magic', also sold as 'Sterling', strips the genus back to deep green leaves marked by a single clean silvery-white midrib. The effect is graphic rather than busy, and the plant stays relatively controlled at about 60–80 cm tall and 40–60 cm wide in a tight upright clump.
Bright indirect light is ideal, though moderate light is tolerated, and the mix should be watered only after the top 2–3 cm have dried. A loose substrate with compost and perlite, temperatures of 18–28 °C, and moderate humidity around 50–70% keep it moving steadily. Monthly feeding during active growth helps maintain new foliage, while stem cuttings, division, and semi-hydro adaptation are supported in the source. Like other Dieffenbachia, it contains calcium oxalate.
