Dracaena fragrans 'Ulises' is a cooler-toned cultivar with silvery white streaking layered over darker green leaves, creating restrained variegation that reads crisp rather than loud. The plant keeps an upright self-heading habit on a narrow cane and can reach around 1.5 m indoors over time, so it works well where you want vertical structure without a broad footprint.
Bright indirect light suits it best, though lower light is tolerated with slower growth, and watering should wait until roughly the top 20–30% of the substrate has dried. A free-draining mix with bark or perlite, temperatures of about 18–26 °C, and ordinary household humidity are enough.
Cane cuttings can be rooted for propagation, and this cultivar should be kept away from pets because of its saponin content.
