Episcia cupreata 'Pink Brocade' is a low, stolon-forming gesneriad with velvety leaves patterned in coppery green, silver, cream, and pink, plus small tubular pink flowers that appear through the growing season. The plant spreads sideways rather than upward, so it suits shallow bowls, hanging containers, terrariums, and shelf edges where the runners can develop naturally.
Bright filtered light keeps the foliage vivid without scorching the soft surface, while warm temperatures around 20–26 °C, humidity around 60–80%, and evenly moist but airy substrate support steady growth. A wide pot is often more useful than a deep one because of the creeping habit.
It is considered non-toxic and easy to propagate from stolons, making it a strong choice for patterned foliage that fills out steadily.
