Ficus benjamina 'Danita' is a refined weeping fig with glossy leaves that emerge a fresher green before maturing deeper, which gives the canopy more depth than a flat, uniform green ficus. The branching stays light and elegant rather than overly dense, so the plant reads airy and graceful instead of heavy, making it a good fit for brighter living rooms, offices, and indoor tree displays where you want movement as well as structure.
Like other benjaminas, it dislikes abrupt changes and can react with leaf drop if moved around or overwatered, but once settled it becomes a reliable evergreen anchor. Danita suits growers who want classic ficus shape with a slightly brighter, more layered finish and a canopy that never looks flat or heavy.
