The “aff.” label means it is related to, but not formally published as, Hoya vitellina, so it is best treated conservatively as an unnamed allied form rather than a fully settled species.
It grows well on trellises, hoops, or hanging supports and responds best to bright, indirect light, an airy substrate, and watering once the top few centimetres have dried.
