Hoya crassipetiolata 'Splash' is a silver-flecked form of Hoya crassipetiolata with thick elongated leaves marked by irregular pale splashes over a deep green base. The foliage is lively without being unstable, and the plant grows as a flexible trailing or climbing vine that suits shelves, hoops, baskets, or supports.
Bright indirect light keeps the silver pattern clearer, while watering should wait until the upper 2–3 cm of substrate have dried. A loose mix of bark, perlite, and a small amount of coir or potting medium keeps roots airy, while temperatures around 18–26 °C and moderate to high humidity support stronger growth and flowering. Mature plants can produce pale pink or cream scented umbels from persistent peduncles that should not be cut away after blooming.
