Hoya 'Microdwarf' (NS12-323) is a miniature trailing Hoya with matte green leaves only about 1–2 cm long, creating a fine, compact curtain of growth rather than long, bold vines. Its stems usually stay low and tidy, making it well suited to shallow planters, shelves, and open terrarium-style displays where small-scale detail matters.
In brighter filtered light the foliage can pick up a light red blush, but the plant is mainly valued for its shape and size rather than flowers, which have not been recorded in cultivation. Let the top 15–20% of the substrate dry before watering, use a very airy mix with bark and perlite, and keep temperatures warm and stable.
It roots easily from cuttings and grows slowly, but in a forgiving, manageable way for small spaces.
