Hoya sp. Aceh 'Long Leaf' is an undescribed Sumatran clone with elongated oval leaves, marked venation, and occasional light green splashing that keeps the foliage decorative even when the plant is not in bloom. Its vines stay relatively compact compared with broader, heavier Hoyas, so it works well on a small trellis, hoop, or hanging display where the leaf shape can stay visible.
Bright indirect light, a chunky bark-based mix, warmth around 18 – 25 °C, and watering after the top few centimetres have dried give it the airy root conditions epiphytic Hoyas prefer. Moderate humidity supports steadier growth, while heavy, soggy substrate is far more damaging than a short dry interval between waterings. Stable placement and slight root restriction help over time.
