Hoya sp. Gayo is an unpublished Aceh clone known for thick semi-glossy leaves with raised veins and soft cream variegation along the midrib or margins, depending on the leaf and individual cutting. It grows as a moderate vine and stays usable in small to medium indoor displays, where its textured, partly pale foliage stands out without looking unstable or overly flashy.
Bright indirect light helps keep the contrast clear, while a loose epiphytic mix and partial drying between waterings protect the roots from staying too wet. Humidity above 50% supports smoother growth, but good airflow matters just as much. Hoya sp. Gayo is particularly appealing if you like the look of habitat-linked collector clones yet still want a plant that adapts reasonably well to ordinary indoor culture once it has settled.
