Nepenthes 'Diana' is a smart hybrid for growers who want regular colour and regular pitchering without giving up a compact footprint. Red pitchers form in good numbers, the plant branches freely with basals, and the overall rosette stays fuller and easier to manage than longer-vining Nepenthes that quickly outgrow a shelf. That makes it especially good for people moving beyond the most common starter hybrids but still wanting something forgiving.
Parentage gives it both vigour and ornament: ampullaria contributes clumping tendencies, while sibuyanensis and ventricosa add tendril length, shape, and steady growth. In practice, bright filtered light, pure water, and an airy moss-based mix are enough to keep it moving well if humidity stays reasonably supportive. For a colourful hybrid that fills a pot attractively and looks active year-round, 'Diana' is a very practical choice.
