Passiflora organensis 'Mariana', a foliage-selected form linked to P. porophylla, is grown primarily for leaves marked with shifting red and yellow patterning along the primary veins rather than for flower display. Young growth often emerges redder, then ages toward yellow, so the same vine can carry several colour phases at once. Darker green background tissue keeps the pattern readable without washing out the whole blade, and a climbing support lets the changing leaves line up where the effect shows best.
Bright indirect light with some filtered sun helps maintain stronger colour, while evenly moist but airy substrate and moderate to high humidity support steadier growth. It is a collector’s Passiflora for people who want ongoing foliage change instead of ordinary green growth.
