Philodendron 'Green Princess' is a compact upright hybrid with glossy deep green leaves and a naturally bushy habit that stays useful in small spaces. Unlike larger self-heading philodendrons, it generally tops out around 50–70 cm and keeps a tidy profile that works on desks, shelves, plant stands, or in mixed displays.
Bright, indirect light is ideal, though moderate shade is usually tolerated with slower growth. Water when the upper section of the substrate has dried, keep the mix airy with bark and perlite, and avoid prolonged direct sun or cold conditions that stress the foliage. Standard indoor humidity is generally enough, though higher levels support fuller growth.
This is a toxic philodendron but also one of the easier compact green types to keep tidy, making it useful as a stable foliage anchor among more patterned or colourful plants.
