Rebutia canigueralii 'Violet' is a miniature clustering cactus prized for its violet-green to mauve bodies, tight cushion-forming growth, and vivid magenta flowers. It stays small enough for sunny windowsills and collector trays, but the unusual stem colour gives it far more personality than a standard green cactus.
Like many highland rebutias, it wants strong light, a very mineral substrate, careful watering through active growth, and a dry cooler rest in winter if you want reliable flowering. For growers who enjoy compact cacti with real visual individuality, 'Violet' delivers both sculptural colour and bright seasonal bloom without demanding much space.
