Rhaphidophora decursiva 'Dragon Tail' is a fast-growing tropical climber that changes dramatically with age, starting with simple juvenile leaves and maturing into long, deeply lobed blades that justify the name. It brings the scale and movement of a large aroid without needing the width of a broad-leaved species, especially when trained up a pole or trellis.
Bright, indirect light, warmth, and moderate to high humidity support the best leaf development.
It is easier than many rarer climbers and works well for growers who want to watch a plant transform over time rather than stay static. With height and patience, it becomes one of the most dramatic foliage vines in the room.
