Schismatoglottis sp. 01 with pale midrib markings stands out through a clean central highlight on each dark green leaf, giving the plant structure and contrast without heavy overall variegation. It grows as a compact terrestrial clump and suits humid indoor conditions where the leaf pattern can be appreciated up close rather than lost among larger plants.
Use an airy organic aroid mix, keep it evenly moist but never saturated, and place it in medium to bright indirect light that does not scorch the smooth blades. Warm temperatures, stable humidity, and occasional light feeding support the neat upright habit, while brown edges or yellowing usually point to either drier air than it wants or a substrate that is staying wet for too long. High humidity helps.
